CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Payment in full required to confirm service.

Cancellations received 24hrs or earlier will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations received less than 24hrs will receive a 50% refund.
No-shows will not be refunded.

NOTE: Cancellations or rescheduling due to airline/flight cancellations, weather advisories and other extenuating circumstances outside of the client’s control, may qualify for full or partial refunds.
Customers should allow 14 to 30 days for refunds to show on their accounts due to varying processing timelines from various financial institutions.
